Anyone else having a problem with Twitter not updating properly?

Just wondered whether anyone else was having this problem

When I type in a search term and click "latest", it's only returning a few messages from 5, 6, 14 minutes ago, not everything posted as it usually does. Very odd. And annoying.

Anyone else?

No idea if it's related but there are massive internet outages on the east coast of the US.
