Has anyone noticed improvement in their hair frizziness/shine by final cold rinse of their hair at the end of shower?

No. I have shiny hair and I have hot showers. I love hot showers so much that even if I was guaranteed to live a year longer by fucking up the lovely effects of my lovely lovely hot showers with a cold rinse at the end, I still wouldn't do it.

I've always cold rinsed my hair in the shower. I also have it done at the hairdressers.
My hair has always had a shine off it, (jet black).
I did knowest a difference when I started using olaplex, it was alot smoother and soft.

I always finish washing my hair with a cool water rinse. I believe it closes the hair cuticle and helps lock in the moisture

I haven't got the stamina for a cold rinse at the end of my shower. However one day I was washing my hair in the shower when the hot water ran out. I had to continue. It was truly horrible but my hair afterwards looked amazing so I think it does work.

I just got cold shivers and spent a long time sneezing afterwards. I'm doubtful.
