Saturday boredom

On Saturdays I get so bored that if I stay home I get depressed. I have 3 teenage kids who always have something to do. But I also have a 7 year old who also gets bored at home. Need ideas for spending saturdays out of home with a 7 year old. Any ideas?

I would sign them up to a Saturday class, so that there will be something to go to every week. Followed by, if it isn't too expensive, lunch out, or a McDonald's, or tea and cake.
Would they be interested in planning, and cooking, dinner? Look out recipes for a main and pudding, maybe things you haven't cooked before, do a shopping list, go to the supermarket and buy it then come home and cook.
Trip to the library.
Ten pin bowling.
Go for a bike ride together.

I will look into swimming classes for her. Some very good ideas here. Will make a list and work through them.
