Tesco shopping website and app down

Tesco kindly sent me 3 messages in a row reminding me I have shopping booked for tomorrow. I tried to sign into the app but it’s not working - it hasn’t worked properly for week so I go to their website and it’s down. Apparently for routine maintenance. I’m not sure who does routine maintenance on a website, isn’t this more of 3 in the morning kind of job? I am just venting as I need to do my shopping food order but I also need to go to bed early as I have a poorly baby so I’m expecting a long night.

I’m thinking of changing supermarket anyway. Maybe Sainsbury’s? Any recommendations.

I usually add things to mine as I use them, and have been struggling to tonight so have written them on paper for now.

Would have been bloody frustrating if it was Weds though. I like to have a last check of what's in my basket the night before it's delivered.

I had this issue on Monday night and couldn't finalise my order for Tuesday. I complained via Twitter and Facebook and got a £5 voucher.

Yes I've just tried to log in and its saying routine maintenance. I put a load of random stuff in my basket yesterday to book the slot, and wanted to change it before its delivered tomorrow! I

Same! Didn't realise it was down on though. I've only got a basic basket in there and need to add in more before it's delivered tomorrow.

According to Twitter it's not routine and they have no idea what's wrong or how long to fix it! Mines due for delivery tomorrow and I need to amend it Sad

Same issue! My shop is being delivered tomorrow and I have a list of about 20 things I need to add to it! First world problem but bloody annoying nonetheless.

I'm just back from tesco, they're having some issues with their systems in store, contactless not working, chip & pin taking ages to go through. Might be related

Mines is working now but there's a message saying that people might have issues signing in. Once your in it's hopefully okay though.
