Morning, all.

We're deleting a few posts on this thread that we think stray into needless personal abuse. Obviously this is a big story, with several angles that people will want to discuss, so we want to be able to keep the conversation flowing, but we will have to delete posts that are just abusive, homophobic or break our guidelines in other ways.

(And for the love of God, can we leave Gordon the Gopher out of it?)
