Police visit showing on Enhanced DBS?

Hello just looking for some advice

In the heat of the moment last night I rang the police during an argument with my OH, a completely verbal argument. I put the phone down as soon as it connected but they came out anyway. When they came they were satisfied nothing had happened other than a petty row that had got a bit loud and didn’t see the need to separate us for the night etc. and obviously they knew nothing physical had happened.

I’m confident that on a standard DBS this wouldn’t come up (as I’ve spoke to 101/local police today) who have said it’s been logged as “Verbal argument” with no children present. However would this come on an enhanced DBS? I am due to take one in a few months for a job involving children (we don’t have children, there weren’t any present last night) would this show up? I’m such an idiot for acting in the heat of the moment.

What did you say when you called that made them visit your home to check on your safety? Do the police usually come round if you call them to say you’re having a verbal disagreement with your partner? Hmm

I thought cautions also showed up on DBS checks which is why it's not a good idea to accept one if you are innocent.
