I have.
I strongly resist any sort of communal holiday experience (although have had to endure a couple of weeks away with the inlaws grin) as I know I'm not built for compromise when it comes to taking an extremely rare weekend off.
I've had a few long weekends away with girlfriends. I'd say 3 out of the 4 weekends were fine, the other 1 was not great and I definitely wouldn't want to repeat it.
How have your girlfriend holidays gone? What worked well, what went wrong?
