Id like you to tell me how to improve my diet. I have already made a lot of changes, stopped snacking on chocolate and biscuits, eating 3 meals a day instead of missing breakfast and binging later on. I am 5foot7 and just under 9 stone and have twin DDs. Now im starting to enjoy eating healthier instead of survivng off of coffee, chocolate and binging on takeaways in the evening, but want to know your thought on what im having atm

Breakfast will be either 2 weetabix, 1 banana a few blueberries and a few cut up strawberries with semi skimmed milk, or if i am in a rush ill have a bagel and vegan cream cheese with a few stawberries on the side

Lunch will be either a beef or chicken sandwich with tomato, cucumber and mayonaise on seeded bread with a couple of satsumas or an apple

Dinner will be pasta with sauce and cheese, spag bol, burrito or fajitas

What do you think!?

Your diet sounds healthy and you are very slim for your height. Why are you worried?

Im kind of worried that it may be too much fat or sugar from the fruit and ive had an awful time recently and would forget to eat as i have been so stressed. Would just drink sugary coffee all day to keep me going through work, eat biscuits on the way to pick the kids up then just eat everything in the house when i got home. I was like this for ages and have forgotten what a good diet looks like to be honest. My sleep routine is slowly getting better but i would snooze the alarm so much that i wouldnt have time for breakfast, but part of the reason i was so tired was because i wasnt eating properly. I also used to be very overweight about ten years ago so still learning what my body needs

Oh, I see. Then maybe swap the breakfast for something with more protein - eggs if you're not vegan, nut butter on whole grain toast if you are. Full-fat yoghurt is good too - I have FF Greek yoghurt with a few raspberries in it most day. Otherwise it all looks perfectly reasonable to me!
