I nodded off to Headspace yesterday...

... and it was lovely.

I listened to 2 episodes(?) and closed my eyes and drifted off. DH and DS were both out.

I woke up, a little shocked when DS came bounding in the room asking why hadn't I heard him knocking...

What else do you nod off to?

Is that the meditation app(?) I keep meaning to look at it because my employer says we can get it for free but it normally costs £50 a year.

I nodded off at the end of a pilates class not so long ago. I came to and everyone else was halfway through standing up slowly and I was still there flat on my back . If anyone noticed they didn't say anything.

@BarbaraofSeville Yes. Funnily enough, I can't go to sleep listening to one of their sleep stories or sleep casts but I listened to 2 episodes (one on being alone and one on calmness) approx 5 mins each and after that, just laid still and nodded off.

You clearly styled it out as an extra moment or two's stretch or some such.

I've been known to nod off in an MRI scanner....

I've fallen asleep in the relaxation bit at the end of a yoga class.

I have a hypnosis sleep app that has no effect on me whatsoever, and a hypnosis weight loss app that knocks me out within minutes and usually ensures a decent night's sleep. It's quite weird.

Oh and I rarely go the cinema but often nod off when I do. I fell asleep during Once Upon a Time in Hollywood and was gutted because I'd really wanted to see it but just couldn't keep my eyes open.

@evilharpy I remember taking DS to the cinema and looking forward to a good 2 hours rest when we were there lol
