Worried about Ectopic. Advice please

Hey lovely ladies. I'm currently 6 wks pregnant through FET. I had my hcg bloods Monday and they are only 374 so way to low. On top of that I keep getting pain. Since yesterday I have been having little gushes 😷 of brown fluid come out now and then ( sorry for being gross) .
The EPU won't see me yet. I'm unsure what to do.
If you have had an ectopic what were your symptoms and how did you get help please xx

No, they didn't inject me and I have been told that hormones are rising. My pregnancy is closely monitored, and they have told me that there is a chance the pregnancy will survive to full term. I'm really confused as they sent me to the operating table after just one scan, it all seems all so fast and rushed
