Does anyone else get this?

Sometimes when I wake up, the ear on the side I've been laying on is really sore... Like I've slept too heavily or too long on it.

Can't really see what I could do to stop this but wondered if anyone else also gets it?

Yep, I get that and can wake me up it's that painful.

Yes! Twice in one night. It kills. Nothing to worry about though

Same here, it wakes me up too. Sometimes it’s really tender for a couple of hours. No idea what causes it,

Haha maybe our heads are just too big and heavy.

cjt110 · 04/02/2020 09:56

It's very strange. I suppose our neck muscles just relax and don't support our heads which have massive, heavy brains in!

Try a pillow designed for when you sleep on your side?

TrueFriendsStabYouInTheFront · 04/02/2020 09:57

I get it sometimes, I wonder if it's where I've shifted while asleep and ended up kind of folding it and sleeping on it if that makes sense?!

It's even worse when you have to change sides because of the pain, then it happens on the other side.
