Books for kids about social effects of skin conditions?

My DD has developed pretty bad acne at nearly 10. It's very obvious, and she's upset. I think it may be hard socially for her, especially as she's so young and no one else seems to have this.
Can anyone recommend any books/resources/stories about this? Any experience of things which help? Many thanks.

The charity Changing faces. Good resources for anyone with a visible mark, scar or condition (acne included). They have a good Facebook page.

One of my dd had quite severe acne (as I did). My doctor sister advised us to see our gp and ask for duac gel on prescription, which helped.

Thank you @Jodri. I will look at that website. And will ask for duac; I appreciate the advice.
Hope your DD's acne has improved now. All the best.
