That’s it really.
It gets good reviews but I’m always sceptical!

Where have you seen the reviews. The reviews are awful !

JollyAndBright · 03/02/2020 08:58

Isn’t it the same theory and the paul mckenna think yourself thin series?

I’ve just done and google and reviews online don’t look great but interestingly it seems every so often threads pop up on forums praising it and helping them drop multiple dress sizes. 🤔

Haha, on their website funnily enough Belly - (disclaimer: it was early this morning Grin)

Is it like NLP or something?

Yes all the great reviews were on their own advertising.
Funny that 🤔

I'm using the free trial Slimpod now, though erratically. 2 weeks. It's definitely some help. It's never made sense to me that I be EVEN MORE focussed on food in order to be LESS focussed on food. It's calming me down, I know what I need to do for my diabetes and good health. This is focussing on my unconscious, not my conscious. It's worth a punt. I am losing weight because I'm more relaxed about eating or not. And it's great not to be weighing. Starting week 3 now. Early days. I'll post on my progress

Thanks User I’m just interested in trying a different approach.

They are saying on their Instagram ad that they’ve trialed with NHS staff, and that it has ‘NHS approval’ whatever that means.
Someone in the comments has asked for them to provide evidence of this and their comment has not been replied to...

i've just started with the free trial - would love to hear from others trying this :)

I bought it a couple of years ago and it was a total waste of money as far as I’m concerned. Made absolutely no difference!
