Recommendations for holiday abroad

...for this summer. Somewhere warm. 2 children age 5 & just turnt 2, don’t want to travel too far because of our youngest - max 2.5/3 hours away. Want to be near a sandy beach & near a town with restaurants/shops etc.
Don’t think all we would benefit from all inclusive but open to everything really.

Menorca. Great for families. We stayed in Playa Blanca which had plenty of shops/restaurants. Lovely cove beach. Hired a car to get about the island to see Ciutadella and other sights.
