Decluttering atm, have lots of books mainly but not exclusively paperback fiction and would like to try and sell some online. Anybody successfully sold any online, any site recommendations?

Thanks
Ocean

I've used WeBuy books.com But they are mainly interested in some books, and not interested in a lot more. To be honest any other I tend to bung into the local book bank; although I know even Oxfam etc. aren't really interested in some books i.e. Fifty Shades.

You could try ebay, but whether it is worth your time and effort...

Webuybooks or Ziffit. You do need to compare offers as they will differ between the two.

They won't be interested in anything which has been a bestseller as too many people will be trying to offload them. Things like out of date guidebooks, book club editions or things without a barcode also won't be of interest.

Non fiction sells much better, particularly if related to educational courses (including SATs revision).

IME selling in small quantities (I.e. just over their minimum trade) results in less items being rejected. You don't get the items back if they reject them and they won't provide evidence of why they were rejected.

Thanks really useful sites, have sold some books already. I have more non-fiction than I thought!
