What should I listen to?

I'm doing my Sunday lunch prep and have popped on Tissue and Issues by Charlotte Church, an album I listened to a lot when it came out. It got me thinking about other albums that I haven't heard in an age, so can you throw some my way as there must be so many that have fallen out of mind!

I'm after something where the artist was a one album wonder, or isn't quite so much on the popular radar any more, and I like most music types.
