How long does chicken curry last

In the fridge, unfrozen.

I made a chicken curry yesterday, if it's not eaten today I assume it has to go in the bin. But a guy I work with will make a chicken curry at the weekend, keep it in the fridge and then eat it every day at work for the following week.

So chicken curry unfrozen, would you eat it up to a week after it has been made?

Three or four days after being made should be fine.
If you buy a ready made, non frozen chicken curry, you wouldn't expect to bin it the day after purchase

Certainly it will last three days. Freeze what you don’t eat on the first day.

Pop it in the freezer if it's not eaten today. It will be fine.

3 or 4 days. I wouldn’t eat it after 5 days, but I just portion up what doesn’t get eaten on the second day and freeze it. I wouldn’t bin it.

Curry, definitely 3 or 4 days and reheat thoroughly. Or portion up and freeze.

Be careful with rice though. I do a 2 days max on that and reheat really carefully.
