If you have Alexa... and you use her for shopping lists....can you ask her to add Stilton and then ask for celery.........

And then wait for the tumble weed...................

She can not process the word celery....

If you ask her to add biscuits for cheese to the list, she offers recipes for Anzac biscuits.

I accused her of being drunk, she said in a manner most prissy.......No not me.... Grin

I've just done this and she added the celery ( and said "I've added celery to your shopping list" ) no problem. Didn't get any recipes for Anzac biscuits either 🤔

I once ended up with ‘stir fry for my toast’ on my Alexa shopping list. Still can’t work out what I actually asked her to add.

I'm sorry I don't know that one Grin

I love the Alexa lists function since my 3yo learned to add things to it. Highlights so far:
Teeny tiny sausages
Big sausages
Sausages
Darren*
Gun shop*
Sauce to put on lettuce
Lego whale
Current*
Sticky honey
Boobs*
Lots of pineapples
Round sandwich with jam on
Bike

*No idea what he actually wanted to add

Makes it more entertaining going round the supermarket anyway Grin

Works fine here OP. Have you done the voice training session so she can recognise your voice more easily? It's in the app.

Nope.

Has anyone found a decent shopping list app? I hate that I can’t group foods together / move the list around so that I can put fridge stuff / cereals / fruit & veg together etc.

I use alexa to add items directly to my morrisons order. Absolute game changer. Also works with Ocado. I finish something and before it's in the bin alexa has added to the following weeks delivery - no logging in and goon through the longwinded checkout necessary.
