Need some inspiration for things to do with my 9 year old. So far we've got a dentist appointment booked and that's it!

What's everyone else got planned?

Jorvik (viking) festival if you're anywhere near York?

Clip and climb is good fun

@MaidofKent78 we did that a couple of years ago and it was fab!

@tiredsleepysleep that's a good one, will see if there's something near us.

DD is 11 & not particularly outdoorsy ( shame as we live in Cornwall) so we’ll probably go swimming & to a local indoor play place which has trampolines, roller skating etc. She wants to have a friend over for a sleepover. Might go bowling & to the cinema.Oh & it’s worth seeing if there are any holiday clubs locally depending on what your child’s into. We’ll probably have a shopping day with a nice lunch out. Baking, crafts etc.

City break to London for 4 days. But outside of that, breaking open some of the last Christmas presents that are big arts & crafts type things that need my input, hopefully the beach a few times. We also need dentist appointments as well though!
