Has anyone done this?

Does it get easier?

Very unfit, stiff 52 year old asking. Finding the moves hard work. Struggling just to keep my arms up in the right place 😳

I’m doing it - I get a bit better once I have done it a few times. Not always though, hard to remember legs, hips and arms and move them at the same time!

I am very uncoordinated though.

JillAmanda · 31/01/2020 22:04

I have no co ordination whatsoever!

I’d love to end up with the wiggly hips of the women on the video 😁

I started today, I'm going at half her speed, but my tummy muscles feel exercised tonight.. how did you get on?

HilaryBriss · 22/08/2020 20:29

I'v been getting ads for this on my Facebook and am very tempted to sign up. I'm also a very unfit 51 year old so is nice to hear that people like me are trying it and not everyone is a skinny as the woman who presents it (Janaa?)

EasilyDelighted · 22/08/2020 20:31

I am an unfit 50 something who had it pop up on FB today too. Sounds good but there wasn't much detail about the ongoing costs or cancellation policies etc which put me off.

HilaryBriss · 22/08/2020 20:34

I think that just for the Figure 8 (not the whole Body fx suite of programmes) there is a one off payment, about 40 quid?

EasilyDelighted · 22/08/2020 21:16

Yes, the advert said £37 but I wasn't sure if that was a one-off or a subscription. I'm not very trusting of FB ads.

Yankathebear · 22/08/2020 21:22

I’ve been looking at this too!
