Morning, just trying to sort probate for my late DM, and the Solicitor has asked for the following:

"Details of your mother’s liabilities as at the date of her death"

Can I just ask what you're interpretation of this is? Do they just want a list of her financial status?

I'm fairly certain liabilities are things that need to be load for from the estate - e.g. outstanding bills, any debts etc
