Netflix help please

Hoping one of you good people can help me? I have got a new wifi and trying to reset my netflix account..I put a wrong number in on the onscreen keyboard as my wifi password and cant find the delate button to take it off. Thank you x

There should be a backspace key. Like a left pointing arrow, possibly with a cross in it?

I'm sorry, I don't know the answer but at the very bottom of Netflix (the black bit) you will find 'Help Centre' click on that and you can talk to a Netflix person to solve your problem.

Surely if you select ENTER it will tell you the password is incorrect and to try again?

tried pressing enter and took me back to the screen with it already filled in
