I'm having a double mastectomy and reconstruction soon (preventative surgery as I have the faulty gene that causes breast cancer). I pretty much have the option of any size reconstruction. How big should I go? I love the idea of big firm boobs and have been a saggy C / D till now. I'm a size 14 if that helps. If you could choose any breast size to be what would you go for?
