It looks like we might be completing on our flat on soon 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 (I’m skeptical but we’ll see).
It’s been an extremely slow process despite being no chain and been very stressful. There’s a property manager who has been very helpful to me and DH. He’s had no vested interest in getting the flat sold - if anything, he loses business because he managed the property when it was a rental.
What could get him as a token of gratitude? He’s put up with us for nearly six months and has been a brilliant source of help. I know next to nothing about him other than he’s probably mid-sixties. I was thinking perhaps a bottle of something but didn’t really know what or just assume he drinks.
