Best friends 30th - HELP!

Ok so I need to order something that will be here for Friday! I've left it late I know!

Said friend works in a high end department store so I don't really want to get her anything she could potentially buy herself and have gotten a great discount on. Which is proving very difficult.

Any suggestions?

Budget £50-£80.

She's into fashion and lives in London.

Why don’t you take her for an experience instead? A really nice dinner or perhaps tickets to a show?

nzeire · 28/01/2020 21:17

Theatre tickets?
Concert tickets?
Box of bees (small garden hive)
Subscription to magazine?
Beautiful plant?

AnotherEmma · 28/01/2020 21:17

That's a generous gift.
I would get tickets for something or a restaurant voucher.
It would be a lot to spend on a thing if she's doesn't like it.
If you do buy something make sure you include a gift receipt.
(Not sure that was helpful sorry!)

Day spa pamper?

Vouchers for a nice local beauty salon or a nice local restaurant?

Tickets for a show/event/sporting event that she’d like?

Have a look on Groupon type things for ideas?

MarinaMarinara · 28/01/2020 21:20

How about a really lovely cake? Patisserie Valerie always used to be nice. Or a bouquet of flowers in her favourite colours? Or take her out for dinner (or maybe a posh afternoon tea if that would be her thing?) What interests does she have other than fashion? Does she read? Favourite music? How about a massage or a manicure or some other beauty treatment?

A £50-£80 cake?! Grin

Something personalised?

I’ve been looking at getting my MIL one of these handwriting necklaces. Not sure if they can deliver that quick though.

RougeVinEtFromage · 29/01/2020 10:32

Thanks for the help! I would have loved to go for a personalised necklace but because I've left it late it was never going to come in time. I've bought her vouchers for a nice restaurant near to her. It's called Dans Le Noir and it's in pitch black. Her sister is blind so I think she'll really appreciate it :)
