What is this unmarked tablet I found?

I have a mystery on my hands. I was feeling ill so went to sleep in the spare bedroom, pulled back the duvet and there was a table right in the centre of the bed. It was white, oval and unmarked. I have checked other tablets in the house and it doesn't match any of them.

We haven't had any guests stay over recently so it could only have been put there by my kids, my husband or the cleaner. It seems unlikely it fell out of a pocket because how would it get under the duvet? Likewise if the cleaner found it on the floor they would put it in the bin or on a table, not under the duvet?

The fact the tablet has no markings makes me think it isn't medicine as I think they all have markings of some sort, but is that correct? What could it be?

DH denied knowing anything about it.

Sounds like an offbrand paracetamol or ibuprofen caplet.

Can you post a picture of it? The last time this happened on here it was a limited edition Smint.

@Letthemysterybe could an unbranded paracetamol be unmarked? Mine are marked, but maybe not all makes are?

@MrsEricBana sorry no photo as DH threw it away. Definitely not a smint though. I'll see if I can find a similar pic.
