Meal prep - how long hands on time?

Just that really. If you cook from scratch on a daily basis (not reheating stuff you batch cooked previously) how long do you spend a day actually cooking?(I’m not including stuff that needs a while in the oven or on the hob where you can leave the kitchen and get on with other things.)
To be honest, despite enjoying cooking I rarely spend more than half an our in the kitchen on weekday evenings. Quite often I’ll put some thing on then come back an hour on to dish up but more than 30 mins prep tends to nudge the dish into weekend or day off territory.
It’s just reading some of the food threads on here a lot of people must spend a lot longer than that and it made me wonder if I’m just particularly lazy!

anything from 20 mins to half an hour prep usually

20 mins usually - there are a few things that take longer but I do those in bulk and freeze so I don't have to do that too often.
