Hi all
I have just Seen my universal credit and it says your employer said you earnt £780 this month. But... I didnt. My pay slip shoes I made £569. As a result I have lost £300 this month. Is there anything I can do or do I just have to struggle this month?

Call UC they’ll be able to help

Ring them?

You should definitely notify them. They will ask you to attend an appointment at the jobcentre with proof of your earnings (payslip and bank statement). Which is frustrating because depending on your hours, you have to take time off work to do this.

In my case, the DWP blamed the HMRC for the mistake.

Thank you. Not worth it then. I can't take time off at the moment. Eryoens already booked their holiday. And if I take it off without being paid then I loose even more!

I will call them but I do not hold out much hope
