Lol! At 35 - busy travelling around the world, partying and having loads of fun. I was a lot slimmer and healthier then too with energy!

Probably when D.C. were 4 and 1. I was a SAHM and we had very little money but we got by and were so happy. Sure there were sleepless nights and mess and the usual worries but we were safe in our lovely family unit. I was so lucky to have that time with them.

So far my life has been progressing well each year! So, basically, I wouldn't. Thank goodness I haven't had anything so awful happen to me that hasn't been balanced out by something good happening later, like if I paused my life before my beloved grandmother died, I wouldn't be married to DH or have the DCs. That kind of thing. Touch wood my very good luck continues.

Probably in the next few years just before retirement or just after but before we’re properly old.

Cindershasoddshoes · 28/01/2020 17:20

I would of paused on two occasions

The days at the park when ds was little not a troubled teenager

And the last pub meal I ever had with my Dad
And I wish I had said I love you

When my dc’s were little - it’s exhausting but I’d love them to be small again.

Cindershasoddshoes · 28/01/2020 18:31

I would pause my life right now if I could. I'm the happiest I've ever been. I have everything I need, 2 lovely children and a man who loves me yet gives me the space I need to be myself.

ColourMyDreams · 29/01/2020 00:55

I would have paused mine two weeks ago when all the kids and grandkids piled in for the husband's birthday.
All crammed into every available space and falling over each other.
There's usually one or another of them dropping in each day, but it's rare to have them all here at the same time.
It was heaven.
