Today at work, where I make appointments for people to see my boss, the first patient showed up 1 hour EARLY saying I had texted him 10am appointment. On checking I had texted him 11am, the correct time of his appointment. He also said 10am was written on his appointment card. (This was the time of a previous appointment). My boss, on hearing this said "just take a seat, she won't have texted the actual 10am appointment so you can have it. Am I right to feel very let down by her?
