My SIL is turning 21 soon and would like to get her a special present. She’s going on a big holiday just before but said she didn’t want spending money for that. I have a budget of about £60.

Have you asked your husband or MIL what might be suitable? You imply she'll be back from her big trip but you don't say what that is or whether she's a spa/outdoor girl or both. Or whether she has her own place or what her interests are. Give us some clues
