I dozed off on the sofa earlier and am now wide awake. What’s keeping you awake?

I'm also being kept awake by a cough. I have banished myself to DDs room (she's away) to give OH some peace. Am trying to sleep sitting up with loads of pillows.

Always up all hours with a lifetime of broken circadian rhythm and insomnia. I've no proper sleep schedule and never have. I'm lucky to have a job which can accommodate that. Enjoying some wine and cheese.

Little boy woke me up, followed by me sat there thinking I am so lonely. I have pushed all my friends away over the years and I basically have non left, worrying I might me ill and just general life worries.

Mornin. Got a bad stomach and can't sleep. I already have insomnia, better not be food poisoning on top.

@Oldknees1 it's very easy to feel like that at 4 or 5 in the morning isn't it :( funny I was thinking almost exactly the same just now. It's hard to get out of too. I can only commiserate and hope it's the ungodly hour making things seem worse for you

Oh gosh. Too many people feeling too much sadness right now. @neverletgojack I just want to wish you well for today. You can absolutely do this. Remember that you needn't 'do' the whole thing in one go. I'm glad you've a supportive family and also that you've a dream job to get stuck into. And you're young! Much younger than me!

I am awake because I am furious with an organisation who should be being supportive, who have had a lot of money from me and are being totally unhelpful and refusing to discuss a situation. I can't decide what to do.
