Can I eat pheasant pink?

google seems split

on the one hand, various websites say, yes, fine to eat pheasant pink and indeed appropriate to do so as otherwise it dries out as it's a lean meat

and others say oh goodness know treat it like any other poultry

OP, probably a bit late for you, but Yes, I’m happy to eat mine pink, never had a problem.

If you haven’t, you can make a nice curry with it later this week.

Thank you.

I did in fact live life on the edge yesterday evening and have my (lovely) pheasant fillets slight pink.

No I’ll effects yet!
