6 weeks pregnant

Hi all, I'm totally new to this as it's my first pregnancy. I about 6 weeks pregnant and most of the sensations around my uterus seem to be pretty usual (stretching etc.). However this evening I've had a sharp stabbing pain in the centre of my uterus. It's not been for very long, 10 mins or so, and so far no bleeding.
Can anyone advise? Many thanks x

Try not to worry! Easier said than done I know.
You are hyperaware just now, it's a big thing on your mind, but try not to overthink stuff and worry unnecessarily.
