DP is spending some one on one time with his DD today, so DD and I have spent the morning in bed with tea and biscuits, watching films.

Just got us both ready to go for a nice, big Sunday roast with my dad at our favourite restaurant.

After, all of us are coming back to the house and just relaxing for the day.
I done all my housework yesterday so, for once, I have absolutely nothing to do and I am going to soak up every minute of it!

What are your plans today?

We've had a really busy weekend so far so today is all about chilling out, relaxing and getting homework done. I will make something for dinner but not sure what yet.

DH has taken DD to the garden centre to buy some seeds. If I know DH they’ll also buy all the half dead things in the reduced section.

I’m drinking my coffee and DS (4) is practising the art of playing by himself for a few minutes before we do some Lego together. The first few times I told him to play by himself he was a whining whingey nightmare so I am absolutely ecstatic that he’s finally getting it GrinGrinGrin

Just hung a wash out.
Quick tidy through.
DMIL is coming for Sunday lunch after Church so she’ll be here about 12.30 (the Sherry is ready 😁).
I am about to have a nice bath and then I’ll prep roast chicken, carrot and sweede mash, roast potatoes, cabbage, green beans, sprouts and stuffing. I’m also making an apple crumble for pudding later tonight (cream or custard?).
The house is tidy, need to do lunches, clothes out for Monday etc.
DP is washing the cars and DD is at youth church with DMIL.
This afternoon, after dinner, is sofa time and telly, might watch a Musical, fancy Chicago.
Sundays are my favourite especially as I don’t get the ‘Country File Fear’ anymore. Looking forward to seeing a very lovely work colleague tomorrow who is back PT from ML, missed doing lunch with her the last nine months.

Was absolutely exhausted yesterday evening so went to bed at 8... regretted it at 2am when I woke up! Now got a cold, so sitting with a packet of Jaffa Cakes (the first thing I've eaten today) and thinking about lunch.

I'm going to work Sad and I think we're going to be slammed. The diary was already fully booked before I left yesterday. #prayforBadEye Sad

Took son to work as he was running late and left his bike at his mate's house last night. Emptied and refilled dishwasher.
Just lounging now listened to the Archers while reading last Sundays papers before Tesco man comes shortly to deliver this weeks! Have to dye hair and do laundry. It's raining off and on so thinking dogs will be lucky to get much of a walk today (luckily sizeable back garden and they had long walks yesterday).

Andersonx3 · 26/01/2020 12:04

DH fixing cars, usually something I would do but instead I'm nursing DD (10 weeks) and cuddling the dog. We'll go food shopping later and perhaps see the in-laws. A dog walk if the weather picks up and then a lazy evening watching TV & snacking I imagine!

7dayslater · 26/01/2020 12:05

No plans yet. DP has work at 6pm. I want to get DS out this afternoon, might visit my cousin & her family. For now I'm sitting in my PJs having a coffee! Grin

Still in bed after getting in at 3! Had a girls day out yesterday starting at 2pm! Food first then drinks and more drinks, finished at a club with amazing music. All this in high heels! Make some food soon and continue watching power on Netflix.
