Does anyone know if they can be redeemed in a different store to the one they were issued in please?

I was issued one in one side of London & need to use it in a different side but can’t seem to get a categorical defining answer from Head Office or any branch

Hoping a Mner has experience of this 🙏

I think you can use in any standalone store. Just not concessions. Likewise if you got it from a concession you can only spend it there. I think!

It’s so unnecessarily complicated and customer unfriendly isn’t it!?
