What colour should I paint my kitchen?

The floor is a kind of grey brown, the units are cream, the tiles teal and the worktop a darker wood.
It’s currently cream, needs a freshen up.

Do you mean the units, or the walls?

I have cream units and beech worktop, and have just painted my kitchen Covington Blue which is a Benjamin Moore paint. I found the colour on Pinterest and it was just what I was looking for, but I had a palaver getting it matched at B&Q as I needed the colour card. But I just called the UK distributor and they sent me one.
