4th birthday present

Hi all,
We were thinking of getting our soon to be 4 year old a playhouse with slide but all the ones I like are either too big or out of our budget so I'm back to the drawing board. Any ideas?

To note:
He isn't really into swings or trampolines.
Our garden is in sections on different levels so anything too big is not possible.
He got a bike for Christmas.

Is second hand do-able?

Second hand is definitely an option but I've been looking and can't seem to find anything that looks half decent in our area.

Play house or slide is definitely a possibility thanks... I was being a bit ambitious I think.

We have a swingball set but good idea.
