Which dictaphone or recorder for interviews?

I am a masters student about to embark on independent research which will involve interviewing people.

I am looking to buy a dictaphone (do these still exist?!) or some kind of recording device to record the interviews... Ideally I want something that will be easily transferred to cloud storage and/ or laptop. and will have decent sound quality, though the interviews will (should!) all take place in quiet rooms.

I will actually use two recorders during the interviews for belt and braces approach - I’ll also use an app on my phone for one recording just in case anything isn’t picked up or the recording fails or something.

Ideally I don’t want to spend more than £100 but am getting confused looking online

Are there any academics/ journos/ other people who use such equipment who can recommend something that would fit the bill?

Thanks in advance! Flowers

I use an Olympus digital recorder - I've had it several years so probably the model I have doesn't exist, but similar ones are around 70-80 pounds. It's USB transfer. I've found the recording facility really good, even when it's been difficult to place it in an optimal place to record a group, for example.
This looks similar: shop.olympus.eu/en_GB/recording-dictation/audio-recorders/ws-853?s_kwcid=AL!6609!3!&olycmp=sem-Shopping|All_Products|OLY|-cpc-google--pla&gclid=EAIaIQobChMI-_GIrdmf5wIVR7TtCh0ziQIjEAQYFyABEgKY8fD_BwE

I use this one here. It was cheaper at amazon when I bought mine. It picks up the sound from ten people meetings.

Thanks both. I’ve ordered the one KitKat linked to from amazon - on for 74£
