Arghhh it’s Lamb, please help.

I’ve only gone and bought minced lamb instead of beef, what can I do with it? Ideas needed please.

I do it in the slow cooker mind you but I'm sure the oven is just as tasty!

Lamb keema! We love Angie's recipe from lisa Faulkners book "Recipes from my mother to my daughter". So easy, and you only need frozen peas and some storecupboard spices and tins etc. stuff we always have on hand. you can cook on the hob or I've made it in the instant pot, slightly adapted.

I was planning spaghetti bolognaise

I always use lamb mince rather than beef mince, prefer the flavour. Just do spaghetti bolognaise in exactly the same way. Why wouldn't you?

Love lamb meat balls With mozzarella in, I’d just stick with spaghetti Bol though, just as nice!

This is amazing and really easy to make, freezes well too.

I always use lamb mince in Spag Bol. Prefer the flavour over beef. Moussaka is another great lamb mince recipe, or keema.

What did you have in mind when you bought the beef mince?

Lamb meatballs with cumin and chilli, served with rice and a tomato sauce and yoghurt.

Think I’ll try the meatballs 😁

Anything you’d use beef mince for? Literally the only mince my parents used before using a local farm for all their meat.
