What is this on DD’s lip?

It looks like she’s cut her lip at some point (which is a possibility of course, especially with her being a boisterous 3 year old). It’s just a little bit strange because there was no apparent injury, no bleeding lip that I noticed. She was at nursery yesterday and it was last night that I noticed it so it could have happened there but they are usually very on the ball with telling me of any accidents so I’m just a bit confused/concerned. I do suffer from anxiety so this could very well just be my anxiety getting the better of me.

Please excuse her pout Grin

It just looks like a wee blood blister. She may have bumped it or could have grazed it with her teeth when eating or sleeping. If it's not sore I wouldn't worry. I've had similar Mark's before and they've disappeared within a few days.

Blood blister

Bloodblister - either bit her lip, got it caught on cutlery, caught in coat zip etc. Could be anything really.

Great that’s a relief. So nothing to worry about by the sounds of things Smile

Ironically I gave myself a bloodblister last night putting a lid on a tub of colouring pens. Ouch! It'll fade over a few days.
