Anyone fancy a tech chat about headphones?

I've got Bose, Bowers and Wilkins and Bang and Olufsen headphones (all the Bs!).

I think the B&W have the best sound quality but keep dropping connection, the Bose are the best performers but lack something in the lower registers but are v comfy, and the B&O are the best all-rounders, they don't have the head-filling joy of the B&W though, they're also quite heavy.

I do like the 'head full of music' that decent headphones confer.

They are pretty amazing for total sound insulation, like I wear them at work and am completely cocooned in music! They probably look quite old school still being wired, but I prefer them to wearing wireless ones.
