Things for a stag party to do in Edinburgh?

A work colleague of mine went recently and I believe there was a lot of drinking Grin
If the stag gets bored of drinking there's plenty of great walking tours. Dh and I did a great underground / ghost tour of the vaults!

I've suggested ghost walks and loads of pubs and restaurants. We are fairly local and DH works in Edinburgh but we have no clue about things for 30 something lads to do over a weekend.

As in the lads are in their 30s. There are 12 of them.

Escape room?

Escape rooms could be a good shout if that's their sort of thing. Most of them are designed for about 6 people so could do a couple of teams. I'm not local, I'm in Wales but I'm sure there will be plenty to do.
