Teen Sleeping Problems

Wasn't sure where to put this as the Sleep section on parenting seemed to be mainly for babies.

13 yr old having a lot of problems getting to sleep. Monitoring screens is ongoing. It's a fairly relaxing household, we are all fairly quiet. I was wondering if there any other ideas.

He can't exercise due to health issues and his stress/anxiety is through the roof. We aim for a healthy diet, he doesn't have caffeine, currently stuffing himself with fruit. He has loads of issues around food, is avoiding dairy and is a bit meh about most food.

Bit wary of doctors as we have literally spent years trying to deal with the issue that is currently preventing him from exercising and that is only just being dealt with.

Any suggestions/ideas welcome.

A white noise machine?

We've played around with a few ideas with this, including audio books on a timer, fans etc and currently the best result is from the noise from the CCTV (which means he sleeps in the living room)
