Hi, is it possible to set echo dot to notify me which order is being delivered and what is in the package?

I think you can, if you go into settings on the app and click on notifications you should then see an Amazon Shopping option and you should be able to set that up in there.

Thanks @MadisonAvenue. I've already turned everything on in shopping notifications but the echo only tells me when an item is out for delivery. I'm thinking it maybe faulty but wanted to check if Alexa could announce what's In the package before I speak to amazon.

Have you asked her instead of waiting for a notification. I'm pretty sure it's told me what package is out and who ordered it before.

Okay! I hope you can get it sorted, mine started telling me about deliveries one day even though I hadn't changed the settings.

@inwood yes I've asked her but she just says either package out for delivery or package delivered. She knows no more than that. She knows when the order was placed but not what the order is.
