Is anyone else not able to get through to speak to someone? It rings for a while and then a message says “it has not been possible to put you through, please call back later”. I’ve been trying since yesterday. Confused

Can you try as soon as the lines open or just before they close ? I had to ring them just before Xmas to update as my son has just been awarded high rate care DLA from medium rate I phoned them just after 8 am and got straight through
