Ayre in November?

Any positives for going to west Scotland-Ayre to be precise in November for a week, with 2 children

All i can think of is the coldSad

Wont be any colder than the rest of Scotland.
Warm coats, hats, gloves, wellies or boots.
Heads of Ayr farm park is near Craig Tara holiday park
Burns cottage and all that stuff
Nice beaches

It's spelt Ayr btw, if you google that you should find out attractions nearby
