Nighttime hobbies at home

I'd like to get into a hobby, at home, for in the evenings.

I already go out to 2 activities on a Weds and Fri eve so something at home, in my pjs once DS is in bed would be fantastic.

I've tried jigsaws and my brain can't handle them.

I'm usless at knitting/crochet/crafty stuff.

I don't think I've watched TV (as in not ondemand) for months.

What bits do you guys do at home?

I do dot art. Relatively easy to get into, tricky to master! Have just completed these love hearts. Lots of youtube tutorials and facebook groups for hints/tips/advice/inspiration.

Cross stitch or knitting (or sewing - but that means getting the machine out...)

Card making and candle making

Cooking and baking

Games - cards, apps, Nintendo DS, sudoku and other paper puzzles

Reading - fiction and lots of non-fiction

Have a look at latch hook kits. I quite enjoy them. Have recently started to crotchet. Like you, thought I was useless, but there are some good YouTube videos to help.

Working my way through a book called 365 Days of Creativity.

I crochet, which I picked up from youtube and found it really easy once I'd made a few wonky squares.

I also listen to audiobooks when I'm doing housework.

Sudoku/puzzles

Watch series on Netflix which I've been meaning to see....The Crown, The Durrells and so on.

Obviously I fart about on the internet too, but generally I like to "do" something in the evening rather than collapse on the sofa with a glass of wine (which, quite frankly, I need little excuse to do)
