I have to lose weight, I am stuck on breakfast ideas. I cannot eat tree nuts, peanuts or bananas. I can batch cook and freeze, but have little time to make anything in the morning more than 10min. My list so far:
Scrambled egg on a slice of bread/toast
Toast with Marmite and an apple
Homemade baked beans, slice toast.
Porridge with fruit
Homemade ratatouille and 1 slice toast
Any other ideas I can put into the mix to give a bit of variety?
