A friend bought a children's tattoo kit from Amazon and has no idea what this says. Nor do any of us in the office. Can anyone decipher it for us please?

SarahAndQuack · 21/01/2020 16:27

I am a elegant car?!

Bizarre.

Yeah

I am a elegant car

Howmanysleepsnow · 21/01/2020 16:29

I am a elegant car. Definitely.
Doesn’t make much sense, maybe something was lost in translation.x

squeaver · 21/01/2020 16:31

It's definitely: I am a ...... car

The middle word is odd though because it looks like only the a and the n are cursive.

Now I'm wondering if it's d i g om (??) t

Spending a bit too much time thinking about this.

Bluntness100 · 21/01/2020 16:32

It does indeed look like I am a elegant car, complete with grammatical errors.

Fifthtimelucky · 21/01/2020 16:36

I don't think it's 'elegant' because the 'a' is nothing like the ones in 'am' and 'car'. But I have no idea what else it could be!

followingonfromthat · 21/01/2020 16:37

Erm... to be honest, I'd be rather wary about using the contents of a kit like that on a child's skin. If the manufacturers can't even spell, what are the chances that the kit is safe and been properly tested? Looks v dodgy to me.

pinkyredrose · 22/01/2020 18:01

Children's tattoo kit?

Marmite27 · 22/01/2020 18:02

I am an elegAnt car

katy1213 · 22/01/2020 18:14

Children's tattoo kit?

iklboo · 22/01/2020 18:26

A elegant?

LooksBetterWithAFilter · 22/01/2020 18:33

Have you tried actually using is as a stencil and see if it is any clearer on paper?

LizB62A · 22/01/2020 18:51

Can you get the Amazon link from your friend? (I'm guessing it's from China and there's no way I'd use it on anyone, let alone a child !)

Is the picture meant to be a cat do you think?
Could the wording be "I'm a elegant cat" ?

Aquamarine1029 · 22/01/2020 18:54

There is absolutely no way I would apply that to a child's skin. Looks very dodgy.

Nonnymum · 22/01/2020 18:56

Agree with others it looks like I am a elegant Car.
It is grammatically incorrect and nonsense though!

Nonnymum · 22/01/2020 18:58

I wouldn't use it on a child's skin

BronteSisters · 22/01/2020 19:01

That's bizarre. It does look like I am a elegant car.

Do you think it's a bad Chinese translation of the bumper sticker "My other car's a Porsche"

Spam88 · 22/01/2020 19:18

Is it just the stencils? I'd echo other posters concerns about not using any paints/transfers on a child's skin

RubaiyatOfAnyone · 22/01/2020 19:24

Do you think it begins with “d” not “el”? Not that that helps much.
